HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow between 1-5 working days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. If, for some reason, we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time then we shall contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon then we will offer you a full refund.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

• We ship the majority of our parcels using Royal Mail 48hr service.

WHAT’S THE DELIVERY COST

• Standard shipping for orders below £35.00 is £2.99

• Orders over £35.00 receive free shipping.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP

• We currently ship to the U.K., Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Switzerland and Ireland
